The impact of coronavirus to Kitty's family

The Coronavirus made a strike to the global citizens, especially for the Chinese. Hong Kong, as a place next to China, has been affected by the outbreak of virus. People have become much sensitive and protective after knowing some visitors from Wuhan brought the virus to the city. Its seems normal for people to go panic buying toilet paper and surgical masks. Although my family has got enough daily necessities for the fight with the new virus, it has indeed affected my family in terms of work and studies.

Here is a notice reminding the residents to step on sterilized carpet.

About Studies

My sister received instructions from her department about online class on the coming Monday.

Stepping on the carpet helps to prevent spread of virus on foot.

Similar to my sister's situation, my school announced we would have online classes using the Zoom software.

At Home

There are approximately 40 surgical masks here. Although the quantity is not that much, we are satisfied with it. Enough is good.

Perhaps being influenced by the mass panic buying, my family has bought a number of cleaning detergents and body wash.

My family starts to use public chopsticks for hygiene reason.

These 2 boxes of masks are brought my friend and my uncle respectively. We appreciate their generousity.

My family mop the floor once in 3 days with cleaning detergent and a sponge mop.

This is a photo I took last week when I went hiking. Doing sports helps us to strengthen our immune system.
